VFIO Gaming. How to avoid the Virtual Machine Detection-Ban from anti-cheat programs. A Battleye - RainbowSix October of 2023 example.

Friendly Reminder VFIO Linux Gamers. Anti-cheat programs were always the reason and we couldn't play Windows games on Linux with Wine. Before start writing the solution of how i avoided the Virtual Machine Detection-Ban from the anti-cheat programs and i am playing my games on a VFIO Virtual Machine without fear, i feel the need to write some historical and tech facts to make my article valid from the beginning and to help the current and future anti-cheat developers to not repeat the mistakes of the past. 1. Virtual Machines (VM in short) like QEMU on KVM (that the VFIO Linux Kernel Driver uses) are not hacking programs and never were hacking programs and even Microsoft are using VM and they created their program for Virtual Machines with name Virtual-PC, Hyper-V now to use it for many serious tasks like the creation of Windows for tests and practices or the Windows OS image Backup program that is inside every Windows Control Panel!...

How to Share a Folder from Linux Host to Windows 10 Guests on KVM. A Debian 11 (Bullseye) Guide.

After many months, i finally moved everything from Windows to Linux but i am still playing my games on Windows with KVM VFIO. Recently, i created a very cheap Linux - Debian gaming-streaming* VFIO PC where i can play some lovely games from my tablet in home or from any internet PC with Moonlight & Sunshine streams (future guides but i will add their links as references at the bottom of this guide so you know what i am talking about) and to support my home network with a Streaming PC to handle my family's streams with total cost less than 400 euro (future post too) and i wanted to have a shared folder from the Linux Hosts to Windows 10 gaming guests*. I am chosing the Linux Host - Windows Guest implementation over the Windows Host - Windows Guest because i think the OS diversity increases the security of implementation and it minimizes the risk of infection of host from its guests and vice versa. Also since i decided to move from Windows to Linu...

Streamers, This is How You can Avoid a DMCA Ban With OBS

The Number 1 Danger for a Stream Account is the DMCA Bans. Why? Because these Bans may terminate your streaming account For EVER !. Twitch says that it will terminate your account after 3 strikes (you will find the warning under any video you have store in Content Tab > Video Producer of Dashboard) and Youtube says for 3 strikes too but in a period of 90 days ( More.. ) . It is unclear if the period extends the total number of DMCA strikes but personally i don't want to learn more about this subject and the same i am suggesting to you. Best Advice on subjects like these is always: " avoid attracting bad attention to yourself for nothing". I don't want to search but i am sure every streaming platform has or will have in the future similar policies because the pressure comes from DMCA and nobody even the big corporations will risk to have prob...

How to Share a Folder from Linux KVM Host to Linux KVM Guests. A Debian 11 (Bullseye) guide.

This Guide is the first of the many articles that will cover the tech part of my movement from Windows to Linux for everything including... gaming! Recently, i have been experimenting with Linux guests on a Linux KVM Host that i will use as streaming PC because of Software Raid 1 and i faced a problem when i tried to share a folder from the KVM Host to KVM Guest on a Debian 11 KVM. Of course there is an easy way to move files from KVM Guests with usb disks or flash drives (with Virt Manager is just an Add Hardware > Usb Host Device) but after a while this mount procedure on Linux KVM Guest becomes annoying... So, i started searching for a permanent way to share a folder from the Host Machine to its Linux Guest and i found a better way than all the promoted ways i found on the internet and without changing the permissions of the libvrt service by taking the root permissions like many suggest on their guides or by changing the shared folder ...

How to Fix Blurry Images and Lightbox in Blogspot after changes from bp.blogspot.com to blogger.googleusercontent.com domain

Recently, images Uploaded in Blogger changed to blogger.googleusercontent.com instead of the old bp.blogspot.com. First of all i would like to ask a big apologize that i am using this site to post what i did to solve this problem since is total irrelevant this subject with the character and the scope of my site, but this is the only personal site i have and this problem affected this site too and it's the only way to share the solutions! In my last article about Gaming on Linux the URL of the image i uploaded wasn't the usual URL of the bp.blogspot.com domain but a new blogger.googleusercontent.com domain. This is not a problem for me since i found that the performance is not so bad (more at the end of the the post) but unfortunately the new domain changed the format of the names of the images and now they haven't the old format with the dimension ( /s[width] ) and the name+extension of the image in the source. As result of the...

All windows gamers soon or later are facing the no more free space on C: disk problem and either are buying new bigger disk to install their Windows OS or they are installing extra new or old disks inside their PC to reinstall on them their games. But As a famous voice software says "bandwidth doesn't grow on trees" and many people around the world including my self that i am living in only 7 kilometers from one of the most famous monuments of World (Parthenon in Athens) the internet speed i have even vdsl2 is limited because the phone center is "Ancient" and i am having only 30 Mbit/s download instead of 50 my family is paying but i am not complaining because technicians of ISP maximized the upload to a stable 5+ Mbit/s and i can stream my games at 1080p 60 fps now! T he lim...

If you haven't update your bullseye Debian skip the 1 > 7 steps and follow the directions on the 2nd part of this guide because the 1st part is for those that have stuck to the bugged version of OpenVPN (until now i am writing this guide and i hope soon it will be fixed as i see from the package's tracker page activity: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/openvpn , but until this moment follow this guide and you will have a working OpenVPN again the old stable Debian 11 (Bullseye) version as you can check by visiting the previous link. RebelStreamers Live Panel Warning, Do Not Use This Page With Limited Mobile Data Connections Due To Heavy Traffic Design. It will consume all your mobile data if you scroll down ! This message will self-destruct in 30 seconds... This page created to collect in only one place all my favored streamers and to create a live panel page with all of them. Also this page is a live example how useful is for the web the observer api of JavaScript and how easy is the lazysizes implementation of the api that i am currently using. To work as indeed i included the image of the first test and this description of the panel view page as a helper to create the necessary space at the start of the page and by this trick the videos remain out of the browser's viewport and the videos below are not loaded when you are visiting the page for the first time. If you visit this page with a mobile or tablet with viewport less than 980px...

With this video article - guide, the 2nd of the Gamelink Series you will learn and watch how to use Gamelink App to move your Epic Games games to a different PC, without re-download them from the internet and also how to move them to different than the default Epic Games directory because Epic Games Launcher doesn't support more gaming repositories than the default one on C:.
